By entering The Independent Play Company premises, all visitors, including but not limited to parents, guardians, children, caregivers, and guests, acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1. Assumption of Risk
I understand and acknowledge that participation in play activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, equipment-related injuries, and other potential hazards. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and entry into the facility.
2. Supervision & Responsibility
All children must be supervised by a parent, guardian, or caregiver at all times.
The Independent Play Company is not responsible for supervising children.
Parents/guardians are solely responsible for their child(ren)’s behavior and safety while in the facility.
3. Health & Safety
Visitors must not enter the facility if they or their child(ren) are experiencing symptoms of illness.
The Independent Play Company reserves the right to refuse entry or request the departure of anyone displaying symptoms of illness or engaging in unsafe behavior.
Socks must be worn in all play areas at all times.
4. Liability Release
I, on behalf of myself and my child(ren), hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless The Independent Play Company, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages arising out of or in connection with participation in activities within the facility, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss.
5. Medical Emergency
In the event of an emergency, I authorize The Independent Play Company staff to seek appropriate medical attention for myself or my child(ren) and understand that I am responsible for any medical expenses incurred.
6. Photography & Media Release
I understand that The Independent Play Company may take photos or videos of activities for promotional purposes. I grant permission for my image or my child(ren)’s image to be used unless I notify staff in writing of my objection.
7. Agreement to Terms
By entering The Independent Play Company, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this waiver. I understand that this waiver remains in effect for all future visits unless revoked in writing.
